ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
An argument may have sparked a shooting which killed a 34-year-old Atlanta man Friday night according to Atlanta police investigators.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Salanto Winfrey.
Officers found Winfrey shot multiple times around 9 p.m. in the 1400 block of South Gordon Street. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital where he died.
The preliminary investigation indicates that the victim may have been involved in an argument that escalated to gunfire.
At this time no motive has been established and the shooting is under investigation.
