Police identify victim of homicide in Gwinnett County

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police are investigating a homicide at Menlo Creek Apartments on Satellite Boulevard in unincorporated Duluth.

Officers said at 3:40 p.m. there was a shooting inside the building of Menlo Creek Apartments.

Robert Mixon, 33, was found dead from a gunshot wound.

Detectives do not believe this was a random crime.
