ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The long presidential campaign has bee just a little too much to take for a 4-year-old girl in Colorado.

Abigael Evans was listening to National Public Radio with her mom when all the political talk overwhelmed her.

The dramatic exchange between the mother and daughter was caught on video and has since gone viral.

When Abigael's mother asked her why she was crying, she responded tearfully, saying, "Just because I'm tired of Bronco Bamma and Mitt Romney."

Abigael's mother tried to soothe her child, saying it would all be over soon.

After the video went viral, NPR sent Abigael a pin and an apology titled, "Dear little girl, sorry we made you cry about 'Bronco Bamma and Mitt Romney."'

Grace Hood, a reporter with a NPR member station, tweeted that Abby is happy now, thanks in part to her new NPR Politics pin.
