ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
People will gather Thursday to worship and commemorate the lives of homeless individuals who have died during the previous year.
Homeless Memorial Day is co-sponsored by the many faith communities and service agencies that provide meals, housing, employment and invaluable support.
The event is set to open National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month.
