COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Cobb County authorities said a 69-year-old woman died in the hospital after a crash along Ridge Road near King Arthur Court in Marietta.
On Sept. 18, Andrea Brantley collided head-on with 26-year-old Nicholas Weinberg.
Brantley was taken to Emory Adventist Hospital immediately after the accident.
Weinberg told police he was going to seek medical treatment on his own.
Brantley died Tuesday as a result of the injuries she sustained in the collision.
No charges are expected to be filed.
