HALL COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Police in Hall County nabbed two and are searching for a third person in a burglary.
On Oct. 9, just after midnight, deputies and investigators responded to a burglary in process on Mount Vernon Road and Old Dahlonega Highway.
Deputies arrested Jonathan Burnett, 22, and 25-year-old Casey Walls.
Investigators learned that they had burglarized a vacant home in the 6000 block of Old Dahlonega Highway.
Numerous small items such as silverware, phones, costume jewelry and other property was taken from that residence and discovered in the suspect's car.
Investigators arrested and charged Burnett and Walls with one count each of first-degree burglary.
Deputies secured an arrest warrant for Randy Lee Berry who fled prior to the deputies' arrival.
The incident remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
