Falcons make history in win over Eagles - CBS Atlanta 46

With the win over the Philadelphia Eagles, Atlanta Falcons head coach Mike Smith made franchise history.

The 30-17 win over the Eagles has Smith sitting in the franchise's top spot with his 50th win with the Falcons.

One better is the first Falcon win against the Eagles in Philadelphia since 1988. Also, Atlanta's win snapped Eagles head coach Andy Reid's 13-game winning streak.

The Falcons will meet the Dallas Cowboys in the Georgia Dome next week. Kickoff is at 8:35 p.m. Sunday night.
