Man arrested in sexual battery incident at White Water wave pool

POWDER SPRINGS, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Marietta police arrested a 68-year-old Powder Springs man for sexual battery of a juvenile.

Jerry Dean Westbrook was arrested on Oct. 23, after allegations that he made inappropriate contact towards young female children in the wave pool of White Water amusement park at 250 Cobb Pkwy.

Police said Westbrook had a season pass to White Water and was known to frequent the park alone.

Westbrook bonded out of jail on Wednesday.
