Shogut HussienAfter a week long investigation, Cherokee Sheriff's detectives have arrested a Woodstock man for one count of child molestation and two counts of sexual battery.
Shogut Hussien, 64, was arrested Tuesday and is being held without bond at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center.
Hussien allegedly had a relationship with a 13-year-old victim through a mutual church that they both attend in Woodstock.
Hussien provided transportation for the victim to youth activities at the church and additionally volunteered to help with work around the victim's family home.
Investigators said the incident took place at his Woodstock home. Investigators have not ruled out the possibility of other potential victims.
