Residents who live on Woodland Avenue off of Cheshire Bridge are frustrated.
They say the City of Atlanta tore up their street almost a month ago for resurfacing. But a month later, the street is a disaster.
Why did the city start and then stop the project? And why does the city continue to ignore the deteriorating conditions on Cheshire Bridge?
