UNION COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
The Children's Village is inviting the public to run in its first Griddle Gallop 5K run and 1-mile walk and roll.
Race entries are only $25 if you register before Oct. 24, and $30 if you register on race day.
Participants will receive a pancake breakfast and race-day T-shirt.
As an added bonus, anyone who wears their race T-shirt to Graceland Thrift Store on Oct. 27 will receive half off their already low prices.

If running isn't your thing, you can still support The Children's Village by coming out to the pancake breakfast.
Proceeds will benefit The Children's Village, which has been caring for children in need for more than 45 years.
