Two arrested in Chamblee armed robbery, victim tied up

CHAMBLEE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Two men have been charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and burglary. 

Police said Randy Eugene Felton, 36, and Rico Raymond Cook, 39, were involved in an armed robbery on Oct. 13, at 4401 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. in Chamblee. 

Officers said the owner was tied up during the robbery. One of the men stood on the victim's chest as he was being tied. 

The men also took the hard drive out of the ceiling in order to stop a computer surveillance recording. 

Their first appearance hearing was held at 5:30 p.m. at DeKalb Magistrate court on Monday.
