Women accused of leaving child in hot van to appear in court

CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Two women charged in the death of a 2-year-old girl in June of last year are scheduled to appear in a Clayton County court.

Marlo Fallings and Quantabia Hopkins are facing involuntary manslaughter charges after police said they left Jazmin Green inside a hot daycare van following a field trip.

It happened at Marlo's Magnificent Early Learning Center.

The state has revoked the license for the daycare.
