ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A man that Atlanta police said robbed two Savannah College of Arts & Design students is behind bars.
Police arrested 29-year-old Richard Chaney after getting an anonymous tip from Crime Stoppers.
In September, two SCAD students told investigators that Chaney forced his way inside their apartment, tied them up, and then stole clothing and electronics.
On Thursday, the news of his arrest was a relief for other SCAD students.
"I'm glad that SCAD was on top of it," student Brittany Williams said. "They made the arrest quicker than I thought they would."
Police released video footage of the robbery a few weeks ago and after it aired on a local newscast, tips were pouring in to investigators.
"The very next day after that episode aired with you guys we had our suspects identified," Lt. JD Canton said.
Police are still looking for a second suspect and hope the public will serve up tips that lead to the arrest of the man.
