60-year-old arrested in Gainesville restaurant burglaries

GAINESVILLE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The Gainesville Police Department charged an Atlanta man in connection with numerous business burglaries.

Investigators said Samuel Leon Mosley, 60, broke into Pueblos and Kiku restaurants on Dawsonville Highway.

Investigators had video of Mosley in the act.

Mosley has been charged with two counts of burglary in the second degree and one count of criminal damage to property in the second degree.
