DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
DeKalb County police are investigating after a man crashed his car into a swimming pool at an apartment complex Tuesday night.
The accident happened at the Villa at Druid Hills apartments in the 3000 block of Buford Highway, just before 8 p.m.
Police said the driver was able to get out of the vehicle without serious injuries. There were no passengers inside the vehicle.
It was not clear what caused the driver to drive into the pool.
Tuesday night, a wrecker tried unsuccessfully to remove the car from the pool.
Wednesday morning, another wrecker was brought in to try to remove it.
