DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Pothole Patrol keeps trying to convince DeKalb County's Public Works Department to fix a quarter-mile stretch of Winters Chapel Road at the Doraville city limit.
The county claims that the necessary repairs were made. Officials also claim the conditions aren't bad enough to warrant new pavement.
