Driver identified in rollover I-75 accident in Cobb County

COBB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police have released the name of a driver who was killed in a rollover crash on I-75 and South Marietta Parkway.

Marietta investigators said a Jeep Wrangler driven by Delaney Floyd, and a Dodge Pickup were involved in a collision resulting in the Jeep overturning.

Floyd was ejected and taken to Kennestone Hospital where he later died.

Three right lanes where shut down for just under two hours while the accident was investigated.

On Monday, police said charges are pending in this incident.
