HENRY COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Two men appeared in court on Thursday for their involvement in a fatal home invasion in the Lexington Park subdivision in Stockbridge.
On Sept. 11, Ronnie Cantrell Sr. and Ronnie Cantrell Jr. arrived at their house and interrupted a burglary in progress.
Police said Robert Price, 18, Trey Cota, 21, Brandon Terry-Hall, 20, and Terrance Floyd began shooting at the homeowners.
One of the Cantrells was able to shoot back at the crooks.
Ronnie Cantrell Sr. died at the hospital at 3:30 a.m. on Sept. 14.
Terry-Hall and Cota appeared in court on Thursday and both were bound over to Superior Court with no bond.
The men were charged with aggravated assault and murder.
