GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Police are investigating a mass burglary that happened at Oakwood Vita apartments in Gwinnett County.
Investigators said the break-ins took place sometime between 6:20 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 24.
A victim noticed that there was damage to the door frame and pry marks on the outer portion of the door frame.
She told police that her laptop was missing from the home.
Officers talked with some of the surrounding neighbors too see if anyone witnessed the incident.
Another resident said their 27-inch flat screen TV was stolen from their family room.
A total of five apartments were burglarized in the same breezeway. In each incident, electronic items were taken.
No one witnessed anything suspicious in the area.
