ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Clark Atlanta University has found no evidence of hazing after investigating the school's band, the Mighty Marching Panthers, according to a school spokesman.
In August, the school posted a release on its website stating that the band was being put on temporary suspension while a hazing claim was investigated.
The release said that there was no "immediate evidence" of hazing, but the school had to look into the allegations.
A rep for the school didn't say whether the band had been taken off suspension in light of the investigation's findings.
