Tree falls on Buckhead home, cars overnight

Mark Melvin/CBS Atlanta- This large tree fell in a Buckhead neighborhood early Thursday.

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

No one was injured when a large tree came crashing down on a Buckhead home and several vehicles early Thursday.

Residents on Karland Drive were woken by the sound of the tree as it unexpectedly fell across a home and at least two cars.

The tree also damaged some power lines on the street, but did not appear to interrupt service in the area.

Officials have not said what caused the tree to fall.
