STOCKBRIDGE, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Police in Stockbridge are investigating a shooting that took place at the Walmart Supercenter at 5600 North Henry Blvd.
Around 2 p.m., police confirm a man was shot in his abdomen in the parking lot.
Evidently he and two others had met with individuals in the parking lot when a fight broke out, according to investigators.
The man was taken to Atlanta Medical Center and will undergo surgery.
Officers are searching for two men in a tan Impala.
Detectives are currently interviewing possible witnesses and are preparing to interview the victim once he is out of surgery.
