Arrest made in shooting death at recording studio

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police arrested a 21-year-old in connection to a 2010 murder at a recording studio on Martin Street.

Police said the incident started out as a home invasion at From the Ground Up Records, an in home studio.

Four employees were shot. They were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.

Aaron Holloway, 33, died in surgery.

Further investigation lead to Brandon Philpot.

On Sept. 24. 2012 fugitive units arrested Philpot. He was taken to Fulton County Jail.
