'Alive After 5' is in full swing in Roswell

ROSWELL, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The seventh annual Alive After 5 kicked off Thursday evening in historic Roswell.

The event is held the third Thursday of every month from April through October.

Three thousand people are expected to enjoy entertainment, arts and food in historic Roswell.

Alive after 5 runs from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. and is a family-friendly gathering.
