ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
It's OK to admit - sometimes we can get sucked in to social media and throw away our precious time surfing the web.
Today's technology is supposed to make your life better, not busier.
So why is it that so many people feel more time-crunched and tech-dependent than ever before?
CBS Atlanta's Jennifer Banks spoke with Tech Life Editor for Tecca.com Jennifer Jolly, who revealed some of our worst – and most common – time-wasting tech habits.
With a few quick fixes and simple tech tweaks, Jolly says we can break our bad habits to save time, money and most of all sanity.
According to a survey, the hardest habit to break is getting stuck on one search engine.
Jolly explained how important it is to try other resources.
