Pothole Patrol: Howell Mill Road fixed?

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Friday, September 14. It was a pothole/ water leak emergency.

For more than two weeks, water had been seeping out of the ground on Howell Mill near I-75.

By Friday afternoon, it turned into a mini flood.

The city promised an immediate fix.

On Tuesday, Pothole Harry went back to check on the progress.
