Steve White/CBS Atlanta- Fire crews work to contain an early morning fire at a home on the 3900 block of Pine Needle Drive.
GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A Duluth family returned to a severely damaged home after fire ripped through their house early Monday.
Gwinnett County Fire Lt. Colin Rhoden said a neighbor reported the fire to 911 at approximately 2:30 a.m.
Fire crews found heavy flames coming from the Pine Needle Drive home when they arrived.
Rhoden said the fire, which is believed to have started in a supply room and laundry area in the back of an attached carport, is under investigation since neighbors told firefighters the family is out of town.
No one was injured in the blaze.
