Teen arrested in 16-year-old's shooting death in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Investigators from the DeKalb Sheriff's office arrested an 18-year-old in connection to the murder of 16-year-old Frederick English.

Haenok Tesfaye was arrested Thursday around 10:00 p.m. at Memorial Drive and I-285.

Tesfaye is being charged for the murder English.

According to the warrant, English was shot in the face at 5922 Heritage Walk in Lithonia after an earlier confrontation with Tesfaye.

The shooting occurred on Sept. 11, 2012.

A separate warrant against Testfaye also accuses him of armed robbery on Sept. 4, 2012.
