Pothole Patrol: Mini Flood on Howell Mill

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Pothole Harry could make his living on Howell Mill Road.

As soon as the city fixes one problem, another one appears. And this is a big one.

For two weeks, water has been seeping out of the ground on Howell Mill near I-75. This morning, the leak started to pour.
