ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Tickets for the 2012 MLB Postseason will go on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. for the Wild Card game and first two Division Series games.

The Atlanta Braves are currently sitting in the Wild Card spot but, with 18 games left to go in the regular season, anything can happen.

"This season has been filled with many wonderful moments," said John Schuerholz, Atlanta Braves President. "We now hope to have the opportunity to make this postseason for Braves Country very special, and watch as Chipper leads our team to an historic ending to his story-book career."

For the first time its history, Major League Baseball has implemented two Wild Card Games to start the postseason. The Wild Card Games are a single-elimination format featuring two teams with the best record in each league that didn't win their division.

Ticket prices range from $18-$95 for the Wild Card and Division Series games.

Tickets can be purchased at the Turner Field ticket office, at www.braves.com/postseason, Ticketmaster charge by phone (800-745-3000), the Braves Clubhouse Store at CNN Center, or at any Ticketmaster ticket center, including all PUBLIX locations.

If the Braves do not make the postseason, you will be able to get a refund.
