HENRY COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The Locust Grove man accused of running over and killing his pregnant girlfriend in August has been granted bond.

A Henry County Magistrate Court judge granted Brian Mack Feltman, 27, a $100,000 bond.

Henry County police said Feltman ran over 27-year-old Meghann Pope, who was four months pregnant. It happened near the couple's home in the Heron Bay subdivision Aug. 19.

Police charged Feltman with felony murder and feticide. Henry County police spokesman Maj. Jason Bolton said physical evidence from the scene and witness statements lead police to believe Feltman hit Pope intentionally.

The case has been moved to Superior Court.
