Clayton County issues Mattie's Call for missing man

CLAYTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing Stockbridge man who may be endangered.

Clayton County police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation issued a Mattie's Call Friday for Jerry Wayne Gentry Jr., last seen Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Gentry is described as 41 years old, 6'0" tall and about 240 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police said he was last seen on foot, wearing a red shirt, jeans and black shoes.

Gentry has also been diagnosed as bipolar and is not believed to have taken medication since he went missing.
