Repairs begin on Boulevard in AtlantaATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Eight months ago, Pothole Patrol began a series of stories on the Boulevard underpass in Atlanta's Cabbagetown neighborhood.
The underpass under CSX, MARTA and DeKalb Avenue has been in disrepair for more than a decade.
Now, repairs have begun, starting with a water leak by the Cotton Mill Lofts.
