MARIETTA, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

It's a rainy Tuesday and no one wants to be out in the rain.

But how else will Pothole Patrol get the city of Marietta to fill the potholes on Whitlock Avenue, west of Marietta Square?

Pothole Harry's getting action... and he's giving away candy too?

Lemonheads are always good on a rainy day.
