Northbound I-285 reopens at Camp Creek Pkwy. in Fulton County

FULTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

The northbound lanes of Interstate 285 have reopened at Camp Creek Parkway in Fulton County after being shut down for several hours due to a wreck.

It happened around 1 p.m. and caused a serious backup, which extended for several miles behind the accident, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

It was unclear what caused the accident, or if anyone was injured.
