Man wanted in double shooting at Family Dollar Store

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Police are searching for a man they say is responsible for a shooting at the Family Dollar Store along Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.

Carlos Smith is wanted by the Atlanta police on two counts of aggravated battery.

On Aug. 18, Cherese Payton told CBS Atlanta the two victims are her sons, ages 19 and 20.

Witnesses reported hearing between three to four shots during an altercation.

The brothers were taken to Grady Hospital.
