ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Last February, Pothole Patrol tried to get the City of Atlanta to address the water issue on Ellis street and Carnegie Way in downtown Atlanta.
The city concluded that the small stream flowing down the street was water runoff from the adjacent office building, but no one has been cited.
