It is with great sadness that I inform you that one of our students, Jason Holland passed away this afternoon. We will remember Jason as a friend, dedicated student, and a well-loved member of our Ola High School family.
We know that our students will react to this sad news in their own way. Some will want to talk with others. I want you to know that counselors and school psychologists are available for any student who wants to talk about his or her feelings.
It is too early to know about any arrangements. Once the family has made the arrangements, and with their permission, we will make everyone aware of a dates and times. Students will be excused from school to attend with parental permission.
Please keep the Holland family and our Ola High School family in your thoughts and prayers. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the school.
