Police: Apartment maintenance man exposed himself to middle school students

SANDY SPRINGS, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Sandy Springs Police arrested a 29-year old who allegedly exposed himself to middle school students walking to school.

On Aug. 16, detectives learned that Fernando Arriola-Lobo, a maintenance employee at Azalea Park Apartments, went into a vacant apartment building.

While in the apartment, Arriola-Lobo exposed himself to female students from a window as the students walked past the vacant apartment, according to police reports.

Two female students reported the incident to a Fulton County School Resource Officer who notified police.

After the incident, detectives set up surveillance across from the apartment.

They witnessed and photographed Arriola-Lobo, as he exposed himself to several female students as they walked past the apartment.

Detectives said when Arriola-Lobo was arrested he admitted to exposing himself to the students.

Fernando Arriola-Lobo was charged with six counts of public indecency and six counts of child molestation.
