EAST POINT, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
A trial date has been set in a violent home invasion that happened on Oct. 28, 2011 in East Point City, according to Councilman Lance Rhodes.
At present, three of the five men who invaded Bobby Willoughby and Eric Morrow's home have been arrested.
Quantavius Head, Dontavious Howard and Edward Woods will go before Fulton Superior Court Judge Henry Newkirk.
The jury selection is expected to take place on Aug. 20, 2012, and the trial is set to start immediately after the jury selection.
The men have been charged with 20 criminal offenses including armed robbery, burglary, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hijacking motor vehicles, possession of firearms during the commission of a felony and financial transaction card theft.
Another suspect in this case, Eric Woods, has an existing arrest warrant but has evaded police for 10 months even though he is believed to still be in the area, according to police.
