DEKALB COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Lightning may be the cause of a house fire in DeKalb County.

The flames broke out during the thunderstorms Tuesday morning at a home on Rockbridge Road near North Hairston Road in Stone Mountain.

Fire officials said the house is vacant and no one was injured.

The bad weather also knocked a tree onto some power lines in East Point, cutting electricity to customers.

It's in the area of East Washington Avenue and Harlan Drive.

Police and utility crews have the road blocked until repairs are made.
