Reward offered in Sandy Springs bank robbery

SANDY SPRINGS, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Crime Stoppers of Atlanta is offering a reward in a Sandy Springs bank robbery case.

On Aug. 11, a man robbed the Sun Trust inside the Publix Store at 1100 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd., according to police.

Witnesses saw the man leave towards Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. 

He is described as 5'10", about 180 pounds, in his late 20s to early 30s.

He was wearing a gray T-shirt with a pocket, along with a green hat and had dark wavy hair.

The Crime Stoppers Program allows concerned callers to submit a tip while remaining anonymous. Rewards of up to $2,000 are offered.
