ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -
Thanks to repeated requests by Pothole Patrol, a Georgia Department of Transportation crew has begun installing a cement barrier on the GA-400/I-85 merge.
The barrier is meant to stop unnecessary braking and improve overall traffic flow.
Pothole Harry thinks it's great idea, but many others, including Harry's colleagues, do not share the same opinion.
