Teen shot by bullet fired into Fulton County home

Mark Melvin/CBS Atlanta- Fulton police investigate a drive by shooting that injured a teen early Monday.

FULTON COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -

A 17-year-old boy is recovering Monday after he was grazed in the head by a bullet that was fired into his house in a drive by shooting.

Fulton County Police Corp. Kay Lester said a bullet came through the wall of the home on Connell Road at around 1:16 a.m.

The teen's injury is not considered life-threatening. A mother and sister also home at the time were not hurt.

Police have not released a description of the vehicle, nor have any arrests been made in the case.
