Pothole Patrol: Record response on Monroe Drive

Sinkhole on Monroe Drive

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

Early Wednesday morning, Pothole Harry discovered a small sinkhole on Monroe Drive across from Grady High School in northeast Atlanta.

Minutes later, Atlanta Police responded, followed by the fire department, Atlanta's director of public works and the city's new chief operating officer.

How did Harry do all that? For a sinkhole?
