I-285 resurfacing continues

The Georgia Department of Transportation

ATLANTA (CBS ATLANTA) -

A $56 million resurfacing of northwest I-285 between Ashford Dunwoody and Paces Ferry roads will continue on Friday.

Beginning at 9 p.m., Friday, through 5 a.m., Monday, Aug. 6, the two inside lanes and the inside shoulder of the eastbound, inner loop, roadway will be closed for 6 miles from approximately the New Northside Drive.

Updates on planned construction will be announced twice weekly and also available anytime at 1-888-461-7243.
