PENNSYLVANIA (CBS ATLANTA/CNN) -
Investigators in Delaware County, Pennsylvania are searching for a second suspect who was caught on surveillance video assaulting and robbing a wheelchair-bound man inside his apartment.
In the video, the suspects left the victim on the floor and kept him on the ground by stepping on him.
The suspects ransacked the victim's apartment, taking several items, including a flat-screen TV.
On the day of the incident, 23-year-old Dominic Henderson was arrested.
Police are still looking for the second suspect 21-year-old Keenan Smith.
