Investigators with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office are hoping the public can help identify a man suspected of exposing himself to a woman in grocery store parking lot.
It happened while the victim was walking to her car in the parking lot of the Hickory Flat Kroger on July 26.
The woman told police that the man was sitting in a late model white Ford Escape.
According to Lt. Jay Baker, when the victim began to speak to the suspect, she noticed the man was performing a sex act on himself.
Detectives released a sketch of the suspect in hopes of generating leads.
"It may be the prelude to even more serious crimes in his future. If we can nip it in the bud, we're going to," said Baker.
