STONE MOUNTAIN, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -
DeKalb County police are investigating a double shooting that happened at a 16-year-old's birthday party in Stone Mountain early Sunday morning.
The shootings happened just after 12:30 a.m. at a home on Arbor Court.
According to a spokesperson with the DeKalb County Police Department, a large group of uninvited, older guests showed up at the party.
The teen's mom shut down the party around midnight, but as everyone was leaving, someone outside the home began firing shots. Two people, ages 17 and 20, were injured.
Both victims were taken to an local hospital to be treated. While their conditions weren't released, police said their injuries weren't life-threatening.
Police did not have any suspects.
The DeKalb County Police Gang Unit was called in to help investigate the shootings.
